• You are responsible for maintaining account security.

2. Role of Tesla Bright

• Tesla Bright is a platform that connects learners with independent tutors.

• Tutors are not employees of Tesla Bright; they operate as independent service providers.

3. Payments & Refunds

• All payments are processed securely through PayPal.

• Refunds and cancellations are handled according to our Refund Policy (see below).

• Tesla Bright does not store or have access to your financial details.

4. User Conduct

• Learners and tutors must use the platform respectfully and for educational purposes only.

• Fraud, harassment, or misuse may result in account suspension or termination.

5. Intellectual Property

• All site content (logos, text, images) is the property of Tesla Bright or its licensors.

• Lessons may not be recorded, copied, or distributed without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

• Tesla Bright is not responsible for the quality or outcomes of lessons.

• Our liability is limited to the fees paid for services directly through our platform.

• These terms are governed by the laws of Virginia, USA.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Lesson Cancellations

• Learners may cancel or reschedule lessons at least 48 hours in advance without penalty.

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the lesson may be charged in full.

2. Tutor Cancellations

• If a tutor cancels, learners will receive a full refund or may reschedule at no extra cost.

3. Refunds

• Refunds are processed only through PayPal.

• Refund requests must be submitted to admin@teslabright.com within 4 days of the lesson.

4. Disputes

• In case of disputes between learners and tutors, Tesla Bright will review the situation.

• Our decision on refunds is final.
